イカ寿司、イカ墨マヨ

Had some squid ink aioli left(here I call mayo for easier understanding),I figured it's best to go with some squid.More western approach to serve sushi with mayo,and it's totally suitable I think!

I made squid ink aioli to go with tune tartare before,now I try with squid sushi,which is also good.I love this squid ink mayo idea too,and it looks dramatic on a plate!

I couldn't waste that delicious squid ink mayo,in my opinion,this squid sushi pairs better than tuna tartare,squid ink flavour was intense!
Glad you like the plating too,I was lucky,didn't want to be fussy for weeknight dinner,I just put every thing on without too much thought beforehand!
