Brown rice salad

Is this brown rice not black rice?It's different from our brown rice(玄米) . Anyway, this looks nice!

It's actually a mix of black brown and red rice. Thanks! Ya the recipe is from a friend. Modified from a really yummy dish at Wild Rocket. I added the egg and ikura cos I had in my fridge. Haha

Yes it's from Willin's restaurant. He's doing very well. I need to go back to his restaurant again. Heh
