Thanks for your appreciation. I try to use as more colours of veggies as I can. It tastes okay as I didn't roll it tight enough. There's much room for improvement.😜
I don't know about you,but that's how I do it,lay a dry rice sheet on a damp cloth,then brush rice sheet with water,then lay another damp cloth on top,wait for a while and rice sheet will soften but not too wet,it's stickier and you could roll it tighter like this.Hope this helps,not trying to be of
It's difficult for me to roll because I soaked the whole rice paper in warm water & it became very soft. I 'll try your method next time. Thank you for your good idea!
