Food of Lijiang,Yunnan

This is an eye opening trip for me.Apart from the beautiful scenery in Yunnan,food is as good as I expected,being very close to Sichuen,their food are very similar,lots of spices and chilies ,both looks and tastes vibrant.Vegetables and mushrooms are especially delightful due to the good weather and

water.Not much seafood to be found being an inland city,but lots of freshwater fishes.Also famous for their pickled vegetables and preserved meat,which makes its dishes so full of deep and complex flavours.

麗江風景那兩張好美哦！雖然沒去過、雲南菜倒是吃了不少，台灣有很多雲南人開的餐廳跟小吃店，我很喜歡那酸辣清爽的料理，你在當地吃一定更道地😍

To: noborionapple 我也是第一次，風景實在很美，有機會是會再去的！吃的都是很地道，很鄉土甚至乎有點豪邁的料理，對我來說真的是大開眼界，只是有點辣和油膩，總算見識過！特別要提的是，水質極佳的關係，那裏的蔬菜真的很美味啊！

最近雲南發生了巨大地震，真令人擔心😥

你也到過嗎？太好了！實在很漂亮的地方，雪山，古城，湖泊，美食，什麼也有的，我很懷念呢！對啊，地震真的有點令人心酸...我回來後不久，還聽說古城發生過火警，希望以後天災遠離這些好地方吧！

我聽你說才知道古城發生過火警。
據說去年的比較厲害，可是沒有傷亡的人是不幸中的大幸！

那個古城風景真美，一直留著過去的氣氛，可是路太窄，滅火車、急救車進不去真令人煩惱。
