Chicken liver

You see,a heart is skewered on the top ( sometimes on the bottom, too) of the liver kushi (=skewer). This is what I don't like!! haha

I know it's difficult to hold.Therefore, I respect the pure only liver skewer. I don't like hearts very much and "I'm ordering a liver! " that's what I shout in my heart when a liver skewer comes with heart. Is that a lucky heart for you?😊
