Actually for me it's retro food,HK restaurant used to serve 紙包雞 when I was a kid,boneless chicken was wrapped inside individual paper bags and deep fried,I loved it so much,too bad nowhere serves this now and I couldn't find recipe... I image a fastfood in Asian. This is Mis. Chibimega's resipi. She says Singapore chicken is deep fried, it's too high calorie, so she grilles them in oven. I marined chicken about 2 hours, and grilled 15〜30min. in 200°C oven.
I am not familiar with Singapore version,but HK one has no rice. But adding rice is good idea,like チマキ! Thank you for writing recipe,sure I will try someday!
冷凍ピラフの買い置きはしていないので、黒豆や黒米を混ぜたごはんの残り物(冷凍保存してあった)で。
タレが美味い😋 ので、もしかしたら白米でも充分美味しいかも。

ペーパーに巻くごはんの量が多すぎたのか、15分ではチキンが半生だった。で、追加で15分オーブンで焼きました✋
タレの味がしっかり濃いから、ごはんは白米でも良さそうだね!それならいつでも作れるし。
添えたのはブロッコリーとズッキーニのオイル蒸しだよ。
