How many people is this for!?
For 4 people. It comes with soup and dessert. We were greedy so we also order tapioca leaves in coconut milk, bergedil (potato patties) and paru (beef lung) 😁

Relieved to hear it's not for one😄.
What are tapioca leaves? Not tapioca pearls? Is paru a intestine version of berg rendang?
Sorry. 😅Not berg → beef
It's literally the leaves of the tapioca plant. Paru is beef lung, not intestine. It's usually stirfried with different spice pastes, not rendang which is a slow cooked stew.

I've never eaten tapioca leaves, nor knew that dessert!! Lung is a part of intestines, isn't it? Southeastern foods are complicated.
Oh the tapioca leaves is not a dessert. It's a vegetable dish. Tapioca leaves are eaten in Chinese cuisine too.
Lung is part of offal, ie insides of an animal. Just as intestines are also offal. But lung is not part of intestine. Different anatomical parts!
Very sorry...Yeah. You are right. I meant to say internal organs not intestines. Only "int" sounds are the same. So embarrassing!! I'm sorry to bother you😓.
Never thought of its a vegetable dish!! The next time I visit Chinese restaurant in Singapore or Malaysia, I need to check a tapioca leaves dish!
Haha no worries. Tapioca leaves is quite popular in Southeast Asia. Chinese stirfry it with sambal.
