Cauliflower salad top with BBQ short ribs

Serving cold cauliflower with BBQ is a dish that I just came up with... Blanching cauliflower and add lime dressing then garnish with pan fried shallot. I add boil egg just to get the creamy taste 😄. Try and you'll love it too.
