Actually my mum cooked this.She is a great cook,but she is not very adventurous,and only stick to what she does best,which is about 20-30 dishes,so you can imagine I get a little bored after a while,that why I started cooking long time ago.Once for a while I will crave for her cooking and I will ge

get her to cook for me,this is one of the favorite from her.

Yes,Spanish colonized/settle in our country for 333 yrs.so most of our dishes are inherited from them,even the delicacies...actually in some part they still speaking Spanish-"Chabakano" as their dialect.
