Mozuku somen
Also 油揚げ、長芋。
I have lost count of the cold noodles I had so far this summer,but I highly recommend this one!
More cold noodles to come!

It is like this way, eat this seaweed too. However, I think as difficult to obtain mozuku Okinawa than Japan, "unflavored". Take a look at the people you want to have tasted the "mozuku somen" and hope.

I have had mozuku at restaurants before and it was full of flavor,however in HK,I could only cook with dried one,this is bought in tomizawa shop,I think it's ok,not best in flavor but I still like the texture!

That's is a nice setting to enjoy a bowl of noodle like this,it's the reason I make all these Japanese food,it gives me a sense of being there,thank you for the picture,you have good imagination!
I enjoyed my time at Okinawa too,so many good food there!Mozuku is healthy and delicious!

I also think so. Mozuku and somen noodles chewy balun however feel that the main point of this dish.
