Ahhhh... Cajun style food. Looks so freakin awesome. Something really hard to get over here.

I am in Tokyo and of course almost all of the food here is really awesome but there are air pockets where certain foods are inaccessible.

But I'd imagine Florida to be an interesting place for access to certain local ingredients and produce.
To: humongousfungus yeah, Florida's great for its access to food from the caribbean. The tropic type climate makes for great locally grown fruits & veggies.
To: humongousfungus i'll bet that the food there is AMAZING? how do they pull that off in what would seem to be such limited space. Very impressive...

Yes the food is amazing here. The most Michelin stars here in Tokyo than anywhere else in the world. There was an interesting article that I read in May that really described the food scene here and why it is good, despite the initial skepticism that the writer had for Tokyo having too many Michelin
