I am so in love if this tea Yukari San recommended,and ever since the first time I drank it,I have decided to make a dessert from it,I am still working on something more special,but let's have a simple pound cake first.

forget that rustic and primitive taste straight out of the oven,and the wonderful aroma of the butter.Back in those days,any ordinary butter will beat the high end ones now. Anyway,this is nothing special,I just replace 紅茶 with Marco Polo tea in 紅茶 pound cake recipe,I still need to adjust next time,
tea flavour is a bit vague,but I am sure it works I many sweets,I think Mariage Freres makes cookies with it too.Yep,I'll work on something special next time!
