I haven't had much time to cook recently,just too simple meal that I couldn't post.I found this one in my camera roll,but can't remember the details,only the pigeon was marinated with spices like cumin and coriander seeds,then deep fried...

Actually I made last year,not intended for Christmas,but it has the shape of Christmas tree and certainly a dish good enough for celebration!

It's the end of the year,and I just got back,so I am stacked me lots of things to do,I just hope I have enough time to make special Christmas posts...let's see how it goes.
I know it's extremely busy time for Japanese too,it's really universal,but also means it's celebration everywhere,time to enjoy too!
