The sancho were brought fresh,and I did the preparation,picking the stems and blanching,took me some time...they were kept in the freezer and now I could finally enjoy them.
Just a simple stir fry dish this time,but sancho make this very delicious.Please try too,use any vegetable or meat you like,I'd love to see it!

I usually add it to my salad, I did once of my daughter's lunchbox - young corn wrap with slice pork/beef
