In a large bowl, mix together cabbage, scallions, yam, and eggs.

Add the Tempura Bits, flour, and salt. Mix roughly, being careful not to over mix.

(The softness of the batter can be adjusted by using water when hard)

Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Once the pan is hot, spread 1 portion (1/3) of the batter in a circle. Place the slices of pork on top of the batter and cook low heat for 10 minutes.

When the bottom side is nicely browned, flip them over and cook for another 7~10 minutes.
