To: tomo115 thanks,I love pork and apple together.Sauce is quite simple,sauté diced apple and onion in butter till soft,low heat,about half an hr.,then add half chicken stock,half apple cider,simmer little longer,then lift out half the apple(no liquid),then blend through the rest till smooth,
To: tomo115 back the apple,so you get a thick sauce with chunky bits of apple.Adjust the taste with salt,pepper,lemon juice.Because I just marinade the ribs with salt,I prefer the sauce more sweet,little sour,and little salty,for a nice contrast.
