noun(mainly food's name) + 'ru' means ' Do something. or Why don't we do something? ex. Sushi-ru? : Shall we go to eat Sushi? / Cafe-ru? : Let's have a coffee! / Haage-ru? : Wanna eat Haagen- Dazs ice cream? # Hageru means going bald in Japanese. So check ones hair before using this ; ).
