cream

Egg white

Egg yellow

Put some Raspberries for decoration at the side.

Mix the berries and fikter the juice so no kernel are inside or let them through a passe suite.

Under the juice mix with a little sugar and 2 egg yellows well.

Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt after a while add some sugar.

Whisk the cream very well and put it with the whisked egg white softly under the red juice.

Take a heart form or other which you can put in the refrigator and lay the bottom with plastic folie so the bottom will not stick.

cool down in the refrigator by -20 degrees for minimum 2-3 hours.
Take out the Semifreddo one hour before serving and put it in the fridge.

Serve with fresh raspberries.
