Steam Pumpkin 1. Cut pumpkin into 1-2cm slices. 2. Lay flat on plate with sprinkles of water. 3.Wrap with cling wrap and microwave for 4 mins till soft. 4. Remove and mash steamed pumpkin.
Mix korean pancake flour with water and mashed steamed pumpkin.
Season mixture with a teaspoon of salt and a dash of white pepper.
Add olive margerine and oil to pan.
Pour mixture in and top it with slices of jalapeno~ pan fry both sides till crispy.
