Lemon risotto

材料・調味料
rice*
1 cup
soup stock**
2 cups
grated lemon peel
1
Parmesan cheese
as U like
fresh ground pepper
as U like
salt
1/2 tsp
parsley
as U like
olive oil

Without washing the rice, pan fry with olive oil on medium heat for 1 minute. Pour in soup stock and turn to low heat once it comes to a boil. Gently stir from time to time for 10-12 mins.

Once most of the liquid evaporates, turn heat off and add salt, cheese, lemon peel & pepper. Stir evenly until preferred stiffness.

Plate and garnish with ground pepper, slice of lemon, parsley, parmesan and lemon peel. An extra swirl of olive oil, basil and tomatoes are also optional.
ポイント

May add shallots, mushrooms, onions or other ingredients as you like.
*any type of rice may be used, however the amount of soup stock required may change.
**chicken, beef or seafood stock may be used as well.
