Batik Marie

材料・調味料 (3 人分)
Cocoa powder
~1 cup
Egg
1
Butter
Half cup
Sugar
Half cup
Water
~ 1 cup
Biscuit Marie
~300gm
作り方

Cut biscuits into four pieces. Put aside.

Preheat pot, low heat. Put butter and let it melt.

Add sugar to the melting melt and stir well.

Turn to medium heat, pour cocoa,water and egg. Stir well until you get chocolate mixture.

Pour biscuits into pot and stir gently until they covered with chocolate.

Pour mixture into a glass container or medium size brass. While spreading,press gently to get a firm layer. Put aside, let it cold.

You will see a nice 'batik' layer when serving.
