In a bring the milk, water and salt to the boil. When the misture is boiling rapidly add the flour all at once. Remove from the heat.

Start stirring the mixture with wooden spoon. Keep stirring another 2-3 minutes to dry the dough!

One by one, add the the egg to the dough, beating until each egg is throughly incorporathed.

When all the eggs are incorporathed, the dough will be thick and shiny. Drop the dough onto the baking sheets. Sprinkle the tops with pearl sugar. Bake for about 20 minutes until the chouquettes get gold brown.
