Candlenuts
Galangal
Shallots
Coriander powder
Cumin powder
Kafir lime leaves (slice)
Sugar

Fish fillet (mackerel/batang)
Prawns (peel)
Oil
Banana leaves
Egg
Belacan
Coconut milk
Fish sauce
Bay leaves
作り方

Get ready a dry pan (add turmeric and candlenuts) bring it hot the pan in slow fire. Stir it awhile till they look dry

Do the same thing with cumin seeds and coriander seeds, till smell fragrance. Take them out n set aside, continue the pan with the belacan.

Blend all the spices with oil, except of lime leaves till smooth paste

Bring a pan with oil till warm add the spices & bay leaves till fragrance add lime leaves, stir it till fragrance n a bit dry, set a side and let it cook at room temperature

Put fish, prawn the paste of spices, coconut milk, a dash of fish sauce, egg into the food processor till smooth. Ready to wrap into the banana leaves

Brush oil the banana leaves both side.

Grill about 15 minutes each side till done
