Omelette with Pickled Radish (Chye Por)

Eggs

Preserved Radish
2 teaspoon
作り方

Beat eggs till yellow
Pour eggs into heated wok/pan and swirl wok/pan around to form an even omelette

Sprinkle preserved radish evenly over entire omelette

Wait till bottom side is done and slowly flip over with spatula
4
Cook the other side till its slightly browned
Transfer to serving plate
ポイント

Do not flip over prematurely. When the egg is done, it will lift off easily.
