Put diced shitake mushrooms, capsicums and tomatoes into a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, chili powder and black pepper. Mix well and microwave with a plate as cover for 5 mins.

Heat tortilla wraps in microwave for 25 seconds (one side will do).

Remove tortilla wrap from microwave and cut into half. Then spread chili sauce, mayonaise and black pepper.

Spoon ingredients on to tortilla wraps and top it with a slice of fresh lettuce and black pepper cheese. Roll wrap from one side to another.
