Litti Chokha

Fun Fact- Food is so closely related to native cultures that people often don't realise how the same recipe undergoes various changes to become different dishes. Litti Chokha is a famous Bihari food (Indian) whose counterparts can be Rajasthan's litti Chokha or even Chinese Dumplings. The cooking concept remains the same, a flour-baser cover stuffed with easily available native ingredients served with one or more side dishes a little liquidy in texture.
