Spring Farro Salad

I have a whole bag of farro that I don't know what to do with. any hints/ideas?

This was super easy! Cook the farro 15 minutes, add the asparagus and cook for an additional 3. Sauté garlic, sliced shiitake mushroom and sliced haikuri turnips. Mix together two tablespoons Dijon mustard, four tablespoons white balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Combine everything, chill and enjoy
I also use it in place of rice for risottos.
