Vegetable Dragon Maki Roll

This dragon maki roll is under vegetarian menu and it tastes good 😋😋

These look fantastic,but I have a hard time figuring out what the orange thing is,if not salmon....

Yes, taste very fresh and light. They have this as the main course of the set menu for vegetarians. The whole set comes with soup or salad, scallion pancakes and spinach roll as appetizer, finish with ice cream as dessert.
