Steamed soft tofu with century egg

レシピ
材料・調味料 (2 人分)
Soft tofu
1 packet
Century egg
1
Chinkiang vinegar
2 tsp
Soy sauce
3 tsp
Fried Shallots and oil
2-3 tsp
Sesame oil
Few drops
White pepper
A dash
Coriander
For garnish
作り方

Slice shallots and fry with oil until golden brown. Put aside.

Remove tofu from package and let it steam in steamer while you prepare the other steps.

Mix vinegar and soy sauce.

Dice century egg and mix in with the prepared sauce.

Pour step 4 on top of steaming tofu and continue steaming for 1 minute to slightly warm up.

Add sesame oil and dash of pepper.

Garnish with coriander and fried shallots and oil. Serve.
