Aloha Pork Steak

材料・調味料
Pork Steak
1 kilo
Del Monte Tomato Ketchup
250 g
Del Monte Pineapple Juice
250 g
Del Monte Pineapple tidbits
250 g
Knorr Liquid Seasoning original
2 tbsp
Onion leeks
3-5 stalks
Garlic (chopped)
1 clove
Butter
2tbsp
Red bellpepper
2 medium size
Sugar
2tbsp
Salt
Pepper
作り方

Marinate pork steak overnight with tomato ketchup, pineapple syrup, liquid seasoning, salt, pepper, sugar and garlic.

Grill pork steak. Set aside.

For the Aloha Sauce: Stir-fry red bell pepper

Add remaining marinade, butter pineapple tidbits and leeks

Place grilled pork steaks in a platter then pour over Aloha Sauce.
