Slice carrot and Dai Kon Pickle

Ready to serve within couple hours. Ginger and garlic slice and add to the pickle to boost up the taste. Sugar, salt and white vinegar. If you don't finish the pickle store it in the fridge. It can be kept for 3-4 days. Best go with BBQ. :)
