Sauce Mixture: (good for bolognaise pasta too) a can of Tomato puree minced vegetarian mutton black pepper oregano powder a dash of soya sauce sugar olive oil fragrant leaves (xiang chun)
Microwave tortilla wrap for 30 seconds (one side will do). Then, spread sauce mixture, mayonaise, chili powder and sprinkles of black pepper onto tortilla.
Spread cheese and top it up with thin slices of tomatoes (seeds removed).
Microwave for 3mins. Then, top it up with minced baby celery.
