Soak hearts in cold water. Cut breast into bite size. Cut off excess fat and remaining blood from hearts, then slice in half. Lightly season with salt & pepper.

Made 2 sauces; 1 soy based and the other a sour plum sauce. Grill & enjoy even with just salt & pepper!!
