Frutti di Mare Seafood Pasta

材料・調味料 (4 人分)
Linguine pasta
Tomato paste
Scallops
Shrimp (peeled)
Minced garlic
Olive oil
Cod or fish choice
Can of crushed tomatoes
White clam sauce or juice
Salt and pepper
Crushed red pepper flakes
Dries parsley
White wine
作り方

Heat oil, garlic and pepper flakes in saucepan. Meanwhile boil water and add pasta. Sprinkle salt and pepper on seafood.

Add seafood and white wine. Cook for about 3 minutes and add crushed tomatoes clam sauce, and tomato paste.

Simmer in saucepan until flavor and aroma blend. Then add freshly boiled pasta (al dente) to the saucepan. Let the pasta absorb the sauce for several minutes.
ポイント

Use a large enough saucepan. Add more clam sauce if you like the seafood flavor to be more intense. Remove pasta noodles a little early so it can finish cooking with the pasta sauce in order to absorb the flavors.
