Pork Loin
1/2 kilo
palm sugar
2 tspn
fish sauce
1 tsp
soya sauce
1 tsp
red shallots
1 pc
mint leaf
half cup
Thai coriander
half cup
green chilli
2 pcs
roasted rice powder

Marinate Pork with fish sauce in 20 minutes.

Grill Pork til cooked. Cut them in bite small sizes. On a separate bowl, mix up all ingredients like palm sugar fish sauce dark soya sauce and seasoning. Mix the sauce with the Pork cuts. Then add all sliced shallots and mint coriander leaf. Add chilli for a kick taste of spice.

Best served with sticky rice. Serve while it's hot.
