Remove black pieces if they are from buckwheat and wash it with cold water.(Secret: if you want buckwheat is more crispy fry it before cooking for 5-7min. with intensive fire).

Put it into a casserole with 2 cups of water and a little salt and boil it, cook 10min on a slow fire.

Prepare mushrooms: Wash them and cut to half or quarters, very small mushrooms may be whole.

Put 50g oil into frying pan, when it's hot put onions and then mushrooms, salt and pepper and fry 10min. on medium fire.

Add mushrooms to the casserole with buckwheat cook another 10-15min. on slow fire. Add dill in the end.
