Ingredients
・150g red lentils
・300g filtered water
・1/4tsp sea salt
・1/4tsp ground black pepper
作り方

1. Drain and rinse the lentils. Soak them in 300g(1 1/4cup) filtered water for at least 3 hours.
2. Blend the soaked lentils together with the water, salt and pepper until smooth.
3. Cook both sides in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
