Mix both flour and salt. Add oil, rakija and warm water. Mix for several minutes, put the cloth on the top and leave to rest aside for an hour. Knead the dough with hands until smooth, then using rolling pin spread into round shape 2-3cm thick.

Spread little bit of oil in the oval baking tray (28cm). Spread egg yolk evenly on the top.

Using three tree branches fastened with red thread engrave a cross shape into the middle of the dough. This is traditional way to do it. Instead of tree beaches you can use three straws.

Number three represents the Christian Trinity: Father, Son and the Holy Sprit. Bake on 200C preheated oven for 50min.
