ground pork/beef**

olive oil
2 Tbs
soy sauce
1 Tbs
white wine
2 Tbs
sugar
1.5 tsp
nanpura fish sauce
1 Tbs
salt & pepper

mint leaves
as U like
tomato

doubanjiang*

lemon rice

作り方

Pan fry ground meat in olive oil until browned. Drain excess oil and all all ingredients except eggs, tomato & mint leaves. Keep on medium heat until most liquids evaporate.

Fry eggs sunny side up separately and plate with lemon rice, ground meat, sliced tomatoes. Garnish with mint leaves.
ポイント

*spice of your choice may be substituted with hot peppers. Meat may also be ground chicken or even tofu for vegetarian dish.
Lemon rice steamed with turmeric, mustard seed and lemon juice.
