First we have to clean the mussels - take off the grass, wash and discharge the mussels that are already open.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and add chopped garlic. Fry for 30 seconds and add parsley and white pepper. Add tomato.

Add mussels and slice of lemon( or lemon juice) in between the mussels, salt. Cover the pot and wait till the mussels open for a couple of minute. Half way through mix and cover the pot again.

When all the mussels have opened, add the white wine and bring to boil.

When alcohol has evaporated, add bread crumbs, mix well and serve warm.
