Potato gratin

材料・調味料 (9 人分)
Heavy cream
2 quarts
Eggs
7
Parmesan cheese
1 quart
Potatoes
Enough to fill

Set the oven to 350.

Slice potatoes on a mandolin to get them even and thin.

Whisk the eggs and cream together until combined.

Pour over the potatoes.

Add half of the parmesan.

Mix around the potatoes to make sure all are coated.

Coat the top with the rest of the parmesan.

Over with tinfoil and place in the oven for about an hour and 20 minutes.

Then uncover the tinfoil and leave in the oven for 15-30 minutes until golden brown on top.

Let rest in a cool area.
