To dry roast and grind: -mustard seeds,cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black pepper-each 1/2 tsp dry roast them and make it a coarse powder using mortar and pestle. -clean the prawns and don't pluck the tails of the prawns. -In a bowl add all given spices,salt,grounded powder,tamarind paste,coconut oil and mix it. -In the mixture add the prawns and marinate it for 10 min. -In a tawa or grill place the prawns and fry each side for two minutes in medium flame. -It is a good starter!
