Boil the fish(magoro)for 10 minutes. After boiling the fish set aside. Let it cool for 5 minutes. Turn the fish into flakes for the next step. After that, minced the carrots and onions. In a large bowl, put all ingredients and mix them till all combined. Then wrapped it one by one.
