of course! beef steak you need to rub with salt and olive oil and leave it until meat won't be in room temperature (it's really important to not put cold steak on pan!). in the meantime young potatoes you are washing really properly (don't peel of) cut in smaller pieces. salad it's mozzarella balls

and cheery potatoes and fresh basil with a bit of olive oil and lemon juice. now you are boiling potatoes for 5 minutes with salt, later when water disappear put 1tbsp olive oil and fresh thyme and rosemary and fry it till it be crispy on top. now it's time for steak on really good heated, dry,

grill pan put one sprig of rosemary and steak on it , fry it from one side (as long as it's needed to get steak as you wish medium or well done) and turn it around, put also one sprig under, on top put cube of butter, and at the end just let it rest. that's it ;)
