Paleo naan

レシピ
材料・調味料 (2 人分)
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup tapioca starch (arraroot powder)
1 cup coconut milk
作り方

Mix all ingredients. Add seasonings if desired (garlic for garlic naan etc.)

Lightly oil a frying pan and heat pan until just before smoke point.

Add enough batter to make naan size of your choice. Wait until bubbles start to form in center and then flip.

Naan is done when both sides are slightly browned and crisp.
