Saute garlic till they turn light brown . Add Chopped ginger and black pepper and ginger power.

Add half cup water to mixture above and steam Cauliflower until it's tender.

Once Cauliflower is tender take the mixture, add 2 table spoon olive oil and puree it using a high speed blender. Add more water to to change consistency of the the Caulfredo sauce.

For Pasta: Bring water to boil in a sauce pan , add salt to make it taste like sea water.

Once pasta is done to the texture you like take it out and put in cold water for 5 mins.

Steam Brocoli and Spinach for 5 mins.

Add steamed vegetables to the Caulfredo Sauce you just made and stir in pasta.

Sprinkle some black pepper and Asiago cheese and serve hot!
