First of all, all of ingredients except salt & pepper put into the large pan and boiling. Then, Reduce the heat to simmer for more than 2h. (don't forget to skim the scum!) Pick the vegetables out from the pan before getting too soft and cut them into dices. After that, filter out the cooked broth.
Grind chicken liver in food processor until smooth. Put the grinded liver and all ingredients into the bawl and mixing well combined. Refrigerate the mixture for 30min. After that, make these to the small ball shapes and put them in the boiled water for min for pre-cooked.
The Recipe serves for 4〜6 per.
