Hovězí polévka s Játrovými Knedlíčky ( Czech Oxtail soup with Liver dumplings)

Sure!!!! :-))

The Recipe serves for 4〜6 per.

Hovězí polévka(Ox tail soup)
1kg Ox tail
1 Celeriac
2 Large Carrots(peeled)
2 Root of Parsley
1Large Onion
1Whole Garlic
5 Grains Black pepper
5 Grains All spice
2 Bay leaves
3ℓ Water
Salt & Pepper to taste

First of all, water, Ox tai
First of all,
all of ingredients except salt & pepper put into the large pan and boiling. Then, Reduce the heat to simmer for more than 2h. (don't forget to skim the scum!)
Pick the vegetables out from the pan before getting too soft and cut them into dices.
After that, filter out the cooked broth.
Jázrové Knedlíčky (Liver dumplings)

200g Raw chicken liver
5 peace of Garlic (grated)
1 Egg
50g Unsalted butter
1tea spoon Marjoram
50g Bread crumbs (grinded as possible)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Grind chicken liver in food processor until smooth.
Put the grinded liver and all ingredients into the bawl and mixing well combined.
Refrigerate the mixture for 30min.
After that, make these to the small ball shapes and put them in the boiled water for min for pre-cooked.

Put the dumplings into t
Put the dumplings into the simmering broth for 2〜5min.

Serve with the diced vegetables and chopped parsley.

I think adding short noodle tastes much better :-D
