Boil Broccoli for 10-15mins with salt In Separate Boiler So That It Is Not Crunchy In Stir-Fry (Drain after cooked to desired tenderness and add to pan with other ingredients)

Put on rice cook traditionally over medium heat stirring occasionally when cooked tender rinse and steam to keep warm

Take wild caught salmon (Fresh never frozen) season with salt, pepper and garlic

Heat medium pan with ribs inside (gives it a really good grill look) make sure you oil it with olive oil very good so that you salmon doesn't stick

Cook Salmon for about 10 mins when cooked to desired add teriyaki sauce and serve immediately
