Custard topped with yoghurt n cocktail fruits

材料・調味料 (4 人分)
Custard powder
40g
Icing sugar
30g
Milk
1 cup
Water
1/4 cup
Yoghurt
1 cup
Cocktail fruits
1/2 cup
作り方

Add custard powder & icing sugar in a pot. Add in milk & water gradually, stirring the mixture at the same time to prevent clumps from forming.

Boil the mixture over low flame till the mixture thickens.

Lay cocktail fruits in small glasses, add 1-2 tablespoons of custard. Lay another layer of fruits.

Add 1-2 tablespoons of yoghurt, decorate the top with fruits.

Chill in fridge for one hour and the yummy dessert is ready to serve :)
