Chewy chocolate chip cookie

レシピ
材料・調味料 (4 人分)
All purposed Flours
2 cups
Brown sugar
1/2 cup
White sugar
1 cup
Egg
1
Egg yolk
1
Baking soda
1/2 tea spoon
Salt
1/2 tea spoon
Vanilla extract
3/4 tablespoon
Semi-chocolate chip
1 cup
Melt butter
3/4 cup
作り方

Preheat oven 165 c•

Butter the tray and put the paper sheet

Put all together, flours, baking soda, salt, melt butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Mix them well.

Beat in vanilla, egg, egg yolk until it turn light creamy. Then mix with the flours that mixed already. Blend them all together.

Use wooden spoon to mix the chocolate ship and then drop cookie dough to the paper sheet at one time using teaspoon

Bake for 10-12 mins after that cooling down abit before move cookies out off the paper sheet. Then cooling completely on the wire racks.
